Limited to 10 guests, our highly knowledgeable well-being team will tend to your every need. All guests will participate together in an active daily schedule. It will consist of low impact exercise, recalibrating the mind through yoga and mindfulness on the deck, group hikes at altitude, afternoon fitness classes and daily massages.
During your stay you will also have the option to book one-onone sessions with our well-being experts to support, nurture and achieve your personal goals.

Under the guidance of our experienced and qualified fitness and wellness team, you will be exploring the landscape and picturesque countryside of the ‘Alpes-Maritimes' on your daily hikes. You will cover the many and diverse trails this scenic and peaceful area of the South of France has to offer.
Throughout your stay, you will have some downtime allowing you to enjoy personal activities; a leisurely swim, reading one of our monthly handpicked novels or browse through our versatile library. Our fantastic concierge will be at hand for any requests you may have, including arranging a visit to the nearby towns or cities during your free time.
