Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are, what we are doing and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us.

Many of the activities will be taking place outdoors including the mindfulness sessions, allowing guests to connect with nature’s healing elements. Sequestered by the stresses of modern life, it is important to take a moment to consider each other, reconnect, slow down and feel more connected to the natural environment.
